About The Costello School
Parents
CurriculumWhen your child joins The Costello School in Year 7, they will require an iPad and stylus for their lessons. We currently have Year 7-9 students using their 1:1 iPads for the majority of their lessons.
Our vision is to provide every student with their own iPad, which they can use not only during school hours but also at home every evening and throughout the holidays. This approach ensures that they have the flexibility to learn anytime, anywhere. The iPad fosters personalised, student-centered learning.
Our decision is grounded in extensive educational research that demonstrates how it promotes engagement, collaboration, leadership, and inquiry skills. These qualities are instrumental in fostering learning and academic progress.
Check out our video showcasing how iPads are used across The Costello School to enhance learning.
